In a time of turmoil and tension, we as believers respond with love in action. 5 Stones Church is partnering with other local churches to pray for reconciliation in our city and nation. What a great reminder that the Church is not a building, but the people of God.
How To Get Involved
Pray With Us. Use 2 Chronicles 7:14 as your scriptural anchor. “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Walk With Us. Join us the first Sunday of each month at 3pm for a powerful time of prayer as we walk in silence and prayer, listening for God to speak to us.
Prayer Walk Details
Unite Nashville Prayer Walks are the first Sunday of each month. We will meet at the Franklin House at 2:20pm for those who would like to carpool downtown. The prayer walk begins downtown at 3pm for those who would like to meet us there.
We start at the yard in front of the Davidson County Courthouse (1 Public Sq., Nashville, TN 37201) and walk up Deadrick Street—to the State Capitol—and back.
What to expect
The walk is about a mile, so be prepared with comfortable shoes and water. Use the restroom before arriving. We will meet up with other local churches for a time of worship, devotion, and prayer. You can expect the Prayer Walk to last around 2 hours. Even if you are only able to join us for part of the time we would love for you to come.
We can’t wait to see you there!
